The first step of any project is to establish a clear understanding of the scope, processes, and resources required to successfully develop the solution. In the Evaluate Phase, everse and client project teams collaborate on the planning process, buy into the project plan, and accept responsibility for completion of assignments.

everse works closely with the client to identify project resources and assign roles and responsibilities for managing them. We create processes to facilitate communication and collaboration, manage risks, and resolve any problems that may arise as the project progresses. In addition, we create a schedule and a quality control process to ensure the final solution is delivered on time and exceeding expectations.

The outcomes of the Evaluate Phase include:

  • A Project Management Plan.
  • An initial Project Schedule.
