everse Ranked 26th on Los Angeles Business Journal’s List of 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, November 24, 2003 – everse corporation (everse), a technology consulting, software development, and application outsourcing company, is ranked 26th on this year’s list of the 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Los Angeles, published in today’s issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal. everse first learned of its position on the list at the 8th Annual Fastest Growing Private Company Awards held by the Los Angeles Business Journal on November 18 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.

The Los Angeles Business Journal ranked the companies on the 2003 list based on their percentage growth in revenues from 2000 to 2002. To qualify for the list, a company had to be privately owned, for–profit, headquartered in Los Angeles County, in business since January 2000, have at least $5 million in revenues in 2002, and not be a division or subsidiary of another company. everse’s revenues grew by more than 100 percent from 2000 to 2002, putting the company 26th on the list.

everse CEO James Sung attributes everse’s ranking to the company’s “dedication to business fundamentals.“ Of particular importance to everse, Sung explains, are “cash, profitability, return on assets, growth, and velocity.“ Committed to these principles, everse has been able to meet every challenge faced by its industry and the economy at large since the company’s incorporation in 1998. Earlier this year, everse achieved its most far–reaching expansion to date when it opened new development centers in Bangalore, India, and Shanghai, China.

Supporting everse’s growth, explains Sung, are the company’s “rigorous, reliable, and repeatable processes. These processes have enabled us to deliver every project on time, within budget, and free of defects.“ As everse continues to expand, its new development centers are integrated into the system and enhance the value it provides the company’s clients. “Coordinating and synchronizing our facilities around the globe,“ Sung explains, “enables us to maintain an extended delivery cycle that further reduces costs and accelerates time–to–market for our clients.“

“It is an honor to be recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the 26th fastest growing private company in Los Angeles,“ says Sung. “We are proud to appear with the other outstanding companies on the list and extend our thanks to the Los Angeles Business Journal, our clients, and our dedicated employees.“
