everse hires Vernon Stinebaker as Managing Director, Greater China

LOS ANGELES, Nov 26, 2005 – Today, everse corporation (everse), a technology consulting, software development, and application outsourcing company, announced the hiring of Vernon Stinebaker as the company’s new Managing Director, Greater China. Vernon will operate from everse’s development center and center of operations in China, located in the Shanghai Pudong Software Park.

Vernon has over 20 years experience in the information technology industry, including more than 10 years executive experience building and leading successful Fortune 100 and start–up IT, software development, and operations organizations in China. Prior to joining everse, Mr. Stinebaker held increasingly responsible positions with iUniverse, culminating in his role as corporate Vice President, Technology and Operations/General Manager of iUniverse (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Under his leadership iUniverse Shanghai was recognized at both the national level – as a Key Software Enterprise, as well as the regional level – being awarded as a High Technology Enterprise and an Outstanding Apprenticeship Organization by the Shanghai municipal government. Mr. Stinebaker also worked for 10 years with EDS, starting in their competitive Systems Engineering Development (SED) program before serving 5 years as the Technical Services Director for EDS China. Mr. Stinebaker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College, Whittier, CA, USA.

As Managing Director, Greater China, Vernon will be working toward increasing everse’s presence in the China market and extending our revenue generation capabilities. In addition, Vernon will be refining the company’s offshore delivery processes and synchronizing the Shanghai development center with everse’s global culture and guiding principles. Vernon will also continue to leverage everse’s alliance with Microsoft to build the company’s Microsoft practice in China and the U.S. Talking about his new position Vernon said “everse has established itself as a leader in providing innovative solutions. I’m proud and excited to join the everse team and to lead our continued growth and expansion; delivering high value, high quality services in the greater China region.“

Throughout 2006, everse will be taking additional steps to drive organic growth within the company, refine its organizational structure across geographic locations, and enhance the efficiency and effect of its worldwide operations. everse CEO James Sung said, “I am very confident that Vernon’s leadership and vast experience will take our China operations to the next level and boost our presence in the region.“
